What happens when you start to unravel at the seams?


This month, we're pulling inspiration from Weezer's first single ever: "Undone (The Sweater Song)."

Every now and then, something happens in your life that leaves you feeling exposed and vulnerable. Sometimes you can't control how you react, and you start to slowly fall apart. It may take some time, but you'll get yourself back together again. Just because you come undone doesn't mean you have to be or feel that way forever. For May, I think it's a great idea to really think of our 'undone' moments as allowing ourselves to be and feel whatever we need to, without judgment.
